My fiancé and are 9 months away from our wedding and already feel the need to recommend Madeleine to everyone because she is truly the absolute best! We met her for the first time recently when she traveled to NYC to do our engagement photos and we were just blown away by her professionalism and kindness. It felt like we had known her forever and it honestly feels like we not only gained an amazing photographer but also a new friend. We had set up a sunrise photo-shoot and were all ready to go at Top of the Rock in NYC. Upon arrival, we were told that there was 0% visibility, so Madeleine quickly found us some other options in the city and we took some great shots. My fiancé and I were thrilled with the experience and the locations, but Madeleine insisted that we track down the weather over the next few hours and see if we could go back to Top of the Rock later that day when the visibility was clearer. We told her that this was totally unnecessary and way, way too generous of her to even offer! Sure enough, 4 hours later, Madeleine trekked all the way back into the city and brought us back up to the Top of the Rock to do another quick shoot. We were just so impressed with her completely over the top service. We received the pictures back and were of course obsessed with them. Even aside from how talented she is as a photographer though, she is really just such a great person who is so passionate not only about her job, but also about her clients. She is ridiculously quick & responsive and full of ideas, suggestions and recommendations about our big day. Thank you for everything, Madeleine. We can’t wait to see you again in July! xo
